Shipping & Returns Policy


Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days:

  • 2-7 bus. days for apparel products
  • 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (home goods and prints)

You should expect to receive your order within 3-7 days after it has been shipped. You will receive an email with tracking information once shipped.


Since our products are all custom products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges, except for damaged/misprinted items. Please be sure to use the sizing chart on the product page, before purchasing to ensure you order the correct size.

All our orders go through a 3-step quality check before they are shipped. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.
